The Vision of Excel is to organize and provide a caring environment for children, young adults, and adults with developmental disabilities. It is our vision to promote respect, dignity, and self worth so that each individual will feel valued in the community and valued as a contributing member of their society. Excel will begin opening homes for children with developmental disabilities, then expand into adult homes with clients who are developmentally disabled.
